Day 7 Heralds the Anticipation of an Exciting Visitor to BBCA on Christmas Eve

Has everyone in the US heard who Santa will be dropping off for a few hours on Christmas Eve?
We must have been very good little girls this past year to deserve such a wonderful Christmas gift:)  Is everyone determined to watch at 2PM or 8PM on Dec 24?  Just might be exactly the type of strong incentive necessary for me to put early finishing touches on preparations for our family's arrival at 5PM (for a Christmas Eve buffet and the annual gift exchange).  Here's who will grace US tv screens this Dec 24.  Anyone in another corner of the globe
know if Harry and Geraldine will be paying them a Christmas visit as well?

They'll be accompanied by charming Hyacinth, who for a long while tickled my funny bone with her determination to be the 'hostess with the mostest' in her community.  Hyacinth has been absent from our screens for the past few years - it will be like welcoming an old friend.  Both shows will repeat in the evening.  Hope I won't be rude enough to excuse myself from family festivities to catch them a second time:)....nahhhh - I'd never hear the end of it:)

From the BBCA website schedule:

1:20PM - Keeping Up Appearances Christmas Special:
...At Christmastime, Hyacinth is trying to impress as usual. She manages to get her poor husband Richard into a Father Christmas outfit but then has to confront with a very drunken "Daddy" who is making passes at the churchgoers.

2:00 PM - The Vicar of Dibley Christmas Special: The Wedding
...The vicar presiding over Geraldine's wedding ceremony seems a little too fond of her, and the villagers seem determined to take over all the preparations for the big day. Would you want your wedding arranged by a bunch of deranged lunatics?

My favourite! This was the first time I saw RA. They aired VoD at Christmas last year here - I wonder if they will put it on again this year? BTW: There was a glitch on my blog site and the link to your blog wasn't showing in my sidebar. I've found out what the trouble was so now I can visit a bit more easily.

Hi there mulubinba:) Know what you mean about glitches in blogger's software - every other comment of mine is attributed to 'anonymous':)

Will set up the link to your blog immediately following Christmas...we're down to crunch time these last few days. AND I'm still hunting for the treetop angel --rewiring in the basement this past yr caused Christmas things to be scattered about...joy to the world!!:) Everyone starts to sound like Mr Scrooge right about now - BAH! Humbug! Then the smiles return about 4PM Christmas Eve.
