Time to briefly return to a quieter, more peaceful time after the past few weeks action-packed Strike Back adventure...

RL has claimed my attention for a while, so I've not had time to visit or post. How could I have missed this beautiful video set to Gerard Manley Hopkin's lovely poem, Spring and Fall? The first lines:
"Margaret, are you grieving
Over Goldengrove unleaving" fit so well. I love the use of the seasons and the colour effects, too.

And Thornton, that TDHCMO back again, *swoon*! Though I'm going to miss my rugged Porter, *sigh*! So many loose ends after ep 6, so I really hope we won't have to wait long before he returns in all his hunky deliciousness *thud*! Lucas can't be far off, either *double swoon*!

I think that's covered several of my favourite RA characters for the present.

Enrich, upon viewing a few pics from Ep 6, I've decided it's best to assure all RA fans that Porter's in no danger whatsoever from US troops;) (Will post one of the photos above) You see, I'd already sent word along to 'our boys' requesting someone keep a close eye on him until I've an opportunity to get there, in order to conduct a personal interrogation. LOL

With the inclusion of the US military's supposed threat to Porter, writers dangled a large carrot before the audience. How do such adorable honey bunnies get such negative press? *wink*wink*

The reality? If al Qaeda has the same intimidated reaction in the larger geo-political picture, it is in the long run worth allies getting a false impression for the time being.

At this point, the writers' intentions are somewhat vague as far as the threat to JP(could the soldiers not be what they seem?)Doesn't it look suspiciously like more of a startling tease, with hopes it's the catalyst needed for SB, series II? Hey--if that's what it takes to keep RA's Porter on our screens, Gung Ho!! (as the marines would enthusiastically shout)

I know, I know...sort of promised not to respond to any negative connotations in the plot, but truth be told -- my not commenting on something political would be akin to never discussing RA - both are virtual impossibilities;)
