Thought the French appreciated nature's beauty?....perhaps they should employ the following standard for exemption from the new fine:)

LOL! He's taken his t-shirt so much on screen that I think when walking by he won't likely do it as often...on the other hand if he did, I'm sure the french ladies won't complain ;)

Hi there onemorelurker,

IMO, tight t-shirts have an even sexier effect than a bare chest(a very close 2nd:) It's the female equivalent of mens' fascination with transparent baby dolls, etc. A wet tee is even more tantalizing...
*gulp*...best result for the actor--eliminates the need for waxing.

Someone has to take on these in-depth studies---we live to serve;) hehehe

For t-shirts I prefer tight to wet, like the black one he wore for Cbeebies or the green(?) one in the ep 2 of SB or the black (not sure if it is a tee) Guy has under the leather jacket...

How about Dr Track's white t-shirt...tantalizingly tight as he rushed to save lives all day long. Would we ever appear to be stabilized after a traumatic event, if the emergency svcs MD looked like Dr Alec...*swoon*

That triggered a craving for his most accurate fan vid...'Doctor, doctor give me the news...I've got a bad case of lovvvvvving you."
Might tempt fate & attempt to bring that video back to the blog. Hope it's not the final breath...or is it click?...for this 'puter:)

I think your computer is having *thud*/*swoon* episodes because of the amount of Richard pics/vids. How can you blame it for not working properly then? *grin*
