Moments later GoG is offering words of consolation and protection to Marian; and appears very gratified they've had the desired effect...
Until, as Richard said, Guy grabbed too tightly unto the modicum of affection...
and had regrets he'd allowed the tender moment to slip away, when it had the potential to cause a seismic shift in their relationship. Although at this point, the RH writers might've already decided Marian's fate in Ep 13...
An interesting review of RH3 follows - disagree with the assertion that it was better than RH2. This is the attention grabber... "Richard Armitage’s Gisborne was a major henchman you could sink your teeth into." O-M-G!! What quiver-inducing mental images those words create.....
