Mystery in Manchester Appears to be Solved - Thx Laura + Medieval Super Hero Costume?

I would say there's now no bout adout it:)  It's him.  Person that shot the video provided still shots as well - at their website: http://www.hobbsy.com/is-richard-armitage-in-the-new-captain-america-film/

Changed my mind AGAIN:)  Believe it is RA upon magnifying the photo.  It's definitely the longer hair from recent interviews & facial features look similar enough to say Yes.  I sound like my least fav politicians - straddling the issue;) The blurred bum area threw me off the first time...haha

Twitter me this batman...in your opinion, is the following tall, dark-haired man RA?...or is this another case of interested parties stirring up public interest in another project..this time it's 'Captain America'.  I say No, it's not Richard because his posture doesn't seem to be as straight as usual.  What's your opinion? Yes? No? Maybe so...
The video is available on youtube..search for Captain America, Manchester...hmm, admittedly it does look more like RA in the second photo...and he did say within the past wk that he's doing something between now & Christmas that's top secret...

Apparently it's not easy being a superhero...

How could they forget to include the 'hottest' medieval superhero...

Somehow it became even warmer without the medieval superhero costume...

Regarding RA and Captain America... I found this: http://www.hobbsy.com/is-richard-armitage-in-the-new-captain-america-film/ ... pretty compelling evidence, if you ask me!

I love lurking your site... you do such a good job!

Well, merci beaucoup to you, Laura:)

Jump in with your two cents anytime you like. The more the merrier..all thoughts are welcome.

RA did sound enthusiastic with his "but it's top secret" remark when asked his future career plans. Wonder which role it might be?

My first reaction to the photos was "it's not him" because he wasn't standing erect enough, but upon reflection he has complained that he often feels compelled to slump forward when speaking with the more vertically challenged:)...my words, not his. More of his people pleasing, isn't it...

Just got home from work and checked in as always - thank you for posting RicRAr...Oh Lordy! What great news that he's really, truly, in Captain America. Of course, I would love to see him in a cravat or medieval armour in a movie or TV play that's "all about love", but in the interim, this is wonderful news. Yes, the top secret,"deep water", job!
I confess I know nothing about Captain America, but maybe time to find out!

I'm throwing my hat into the ring with a guess on the C.A. role: I think it's a bad guy. He's mentioned in a few interviews of late that he's kind of tired of playing the good guy, and that he enjoyed getting into Gisborne's head, so yeah... Bad guy this time.

Which is going to be hard for me, 'cause I love to hate a good Bad Guy.

Actually his posture makes him more him, as you say RicRAr, RA has said he 'slumps forward' and the VoD has plenty of prove, just look at any scene of Gery and Harry standing together, facing each other and 'Harry' has the same posture RA has in those pics.

OML :)

That's true, OML, his fans should start a campaign to provide 1 foot high benches for his fellow actors, in order that RA can stand up straight. The slogan might be 'Save the Standing-Straight Sliver of Yum!'. You're in charge of the details, OML..hehe..just a joke;)

Laura, after reading more about Namor, he does appear to have a split personality. He joins the allies superheroes during WWII, but then becomes hostile when he perceives them as having spoiled his underwater world. Not sure how many decades the new movie covers. The scenes so far in Manchester look like the 1940s.
