Richard Armitage's Former Leading Ladies...where are they today??
A comment was made at one of the posts below that RA's former leading lady in BTS, Julie Graham, was featured in a new TV show. Following is a recent interview with Julie, whom I've learned in the article is actually Scottish. She's a refreshingly outspoken woman - and finds the fact so many people are reluctant to talk politics to be a downer. Couldn't agree more with her on that score. Following is a couple pics of another former RA leading lady, Lucy Griffith. Lovely Lucy looks terrific...
The link to Julie Graham's interview in The Scotsman follows...

Which memento of Sir Guy? Would it be...his crooked smile & a couple not so crooked but sweet nonetheless...
Maybe a few ringlets of his hair...
Sword in scabbard
And pulled once too often...
The sniff actually looks much sexier in motion - not so much in still shots...

Richard Armitage Strike Back & Sky Publicity Party

RA almost always has his arm around a beautiful female...we don't need to ask why, do we:)
Judging from that snug arm around Shelley's waist and the following pic during a similar publicity shot of him & co-star, Julie Graham (Between the Sheets), doesn't it appear Richard develops a warm friendship w/his co-workers. Of course, he and Julie were required to get to know each other quite well for BTS.

While in the vault searching for the publicity photo w/Julie, came upon other riveting pics from the past. Spooks 7...Lucas tossed & turned in the MI5 safe house and finally made a bed on the floor, in order to get some sleep, as had become the norm for him while in a Russian prison for 8yrs...
Richard and his co-stars in RH were given an award as the best newcomers on UK tv - it was probably after RH1(Correction: on 2nd thought, believe they were simply given the honor of presenting an award as the best newcomers)....had a shot of RA with his arm also warmly wound around Lucy Griffiths waist(she looked very happy in that position:) at the following award ceremony, but it must've been among those deleted a few mos back while making space for Spooks 8 pics...
On Spooks first location shoot outside the UK--driving around Moscow to film scenes for an episode of Spooks 7....
The following is adorable - stumbled across it for the first time and really enjoyed a good laugh. It seems after Richard's daring role as Paul Andrews in Between the Sheets, a reporter talked to his mum. The latter apparently said that her son's appearance in that type of role did prove to be somewhat embarrassing for her with her friends. Why are we not surprised? Takes far less for most of our mothers to get concerned with their childrens' behavior and worry what the neighbors might think:)
According to the article, RA commented to the reporter afterwards that he had received an earful from his circumspect mum about the racy role, and added "mum and her friends are probably more shocked by the frank dialogue than the nudity. People don't talk openly enough about sex." LOL Wonder if he received another earful after that last remark:) Here's the article from 2003. You'll probably need the puter's magnifying feature...

Richard Armitage Cruise: Pics of Travel Companions
Interesting news follows on the movie 'Avatar.' Comments on that film can be found on page 2or3 of this blog. (p.s. on a few nominees: Jeff Bridges has been very sexy in fine films in the past - will need to check his latest. IMO Clooney, Alec Baldwin & Streep movies are borrring...their flicks are usually effective sleep aids:)
Jeff Bridges: Here's the once unforgettably sexy man w/Michelle Pfeiffer.

I'm sure years later Jeff has not lost his touch BUT he's no longer gorgeous (his wife would probably disagree:) His last movie is a country western...definitely not my speed.
Jeff has recently won a major award for his role in the film 'Crazy Heart.' Yet another case of show business tending not to take seriously beautiful people w/acting talent. Sometime in the future, when the bloom is off the rose, their acting prowess is finally rewarded by their peers.
